Whiteboarding Interviewer helps product designers practice interview-style whiteboarding challenges. The product may provide prompts, mock interview sessions, AI-generated feedback, scores, notes, progress tracking, and related resources.

Our feedback is for learning and practice only. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, job offers, hiring decisions, or the accuracy of all feedback.

You may need to sign in to save your sessions, grades, feedback, and progress.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us.

When you use the product, you may submit or create content such as interview responses, whiteboard drawings, transcripts, recordings, notes, prompts, or other materials.

You retain ownership of your content.

By using the product, you give us permission to process your content so we can provide the service. This includes generating feedback, saving your progress, improving product functionality, debugging issues, and maintaining the app.

We will not sell your personal content.

Whiteboarding Interviewer uses AI to generate feedback, scores, summaries, and coaching suggestions.

AI feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not reflect how a real interviewer would evaluate you. You should use the feedback as coaching guidance, not as a guarantee or final judgment.

You agree not to:

• Use the product for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights
• Use the product to generate or distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content
• Misrepresent AI-generated feedback as official hiring feedback from any company
• Claim that Whiteboarding Interviewer represents, is endorsed by, or is affiliated with any company unless explicitly stated

Some features may be free, and others may require payment.

If we offer paid plans, pricing, billing cycles, cancellation terms, and refund policies will be shown at checkout or in your account settings.

Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Whiteboarding Interviewer, including its interface, branding, prompts, rubrics, feedback formats, and product content, belongs to us or our licensors.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the product or its content without permission.

We may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, AI processing, email, and other product functions.

Your use of Whiteboarding Interviewer may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.

Whiteboarding Interviewer is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the feedback will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific interview.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whiteboarding Interviewer and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost profits, failed interviews, or hiring outcomes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you through the product or by email.
